App operation step
Step 1: Open the Webot app and click [Home] - [Avatar Icon] - [Security] - [Multi-factor authentication].
Step 2: Click [Google Authenticator] - [Reset Google Authenticator], then select [I have current 2FA] to access the reset page.
Step 3: After reading the prompt, click [OK], enter the Google verification code, and finally click [Confirm] to complete the reset process.
Web operation step
Step 1: Log in to your Webot account, click [Avatar Icon] - [Account Settings] - [Unbind] to enter the Google Authenticator reset page.
Step 2: Enter the Google verification code, and finally click [Submit] to complete the reset process.

Q: Why can't I withdraw assets after resetting Google Authenticator?
A: For risk control reasons, the system will prohibit asset withdrawals for 24 hours after the Google Authenticator reset has occurred on your account to ensure the safety of your account assets.
