App operation step
Step 1: Open the Webot app, go to [Account] - [Forgot password?]. After reading the prompt, click [Continue].
Step 2: Enter the email associated with your Webot account, and click [Next step]. Complete the CAPTCHA verification, then enter the Google Authenticator verification code and click [Confirm].
Step 3: Next, enter the email/SMS verification code and click [Confirm]. Enter your new password, re-enter the same password, and finally click [Next step] to complete the setup successfully.
Web operation step
Step 1: Go to the Webot website and click [Sign in] - [Forgot password?].
Step 2: Enter the phone number or email associated with your Webot account, click [Next], and complete the CAPTCHA verification.
Step 3: Enter the Google Authenticator verification code and click [Confirm]. Next, enter the email/SMS verification code and click [Confirm] again to continue.
Step 4: Enter your new password, re-enter the same password, and finally click [Submit] to complete the setup successfully.
