Let us show you how to transfer crypto from your Webot account to an external platform or wallet.
App operation step
Step 1: After logging in, click [Account] - [...] - [Send & Receive] - [Send to exchange/wallet].
Step 2: Search and select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, and then you will see the available networks. Please choose the correct network.
*Please select the network carefully and ensure it matches the network of the platform or wallet from which you are withdrawing funds. If you choose the wrong network, your funds may be lost and cannot be recovered.
Step 3: Enter the withdrawal address that matches your receiving platform or wallet and click [Next]. Input the amount you wish to withdraw, then click [Submit]. Review the withdrawal application information and click [Confirm] to proceed.
Step 4: Fill in the relevant security authentication codes, then click [Confirm] - [Check sending history] - [Withdraw] - [Crypto] to check your withdrawal status.
*The validity period of the SMS/Email verification code is 8 minutes, and the validity period of the Google verification code is 30 seconds. Please enter the verification code as soon as possible within the validity period to complete the verification.

Step 1: After logging into your Webot account, click [Wallet] - [Send Crypto] - [Send Crypto].
Step 2: Click the dropdown arrow, search for the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit, and select it.
Step 3: You’ll see the available networks based on the cryptocurrency you choose. Select the correct network that matches your receiving platform or wallet. After that, enter the withdrawal address and quantity, then click [SUBMIT] - [CONTINUE] to proceed.
*Please select the network carefully and ensure it matches the network of the platform or wallet from which you are withdrawing funds. If you choose the wrong network, your funds may be lost and cannot be recovered.
Step 4: Enter the relevant security authentication codes, then click [Confirm] [OK] to check your withdrawal status.

Note:
1. Not all cryptocurrencies support withdrawals. You can only withdraw the cryptocurrencies that support withdrawals.
2. Please select the network carefully and ensure it matches the network of the platform or wallet you are withdrawing funds from. If you select the wrong network, your funds may be lost and cannot be recovered.
3. Each cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal amount, which depends on the cryptocurrency type and network. If you don't have a sufficient amount, please convert to another cryptocurrency or choose a different network.
