FAQ
Q: Why is my "Available" balance in the Convert function showing 0 or less than my actual holdings?
A: This occurs because your assets are currently committed to active trading bots, unfilled limit orders, or other trading activities. To proceed, please review your asset status in the Account section and close any unnecessary orders to release your balance.
Q: What are the fees for utilizing the convert function?
A: Utilizing the convert function to convert assets does not incur any fees. However, there may be some spread or slippage. If you want to convert at a more favorable price, we recommend using the "Spot Trading" function on the Web or the “Buy/Sell” function on the App.
Q: What is the difference between the Convert function and the spot trading function?
A: The convert function allows you to quickly convert your assets without placing them on the order book, with Webot as the counterparty. In contrast, the spot trading function allows you to convert your assets at a specific price, with other traders as the counterparties who place orders in the order book section.
