If your email service provider is sending Webot emails to your spam folder, you can follow the instructions below to whitelist Webot’s email addresses.
Gmail
Step 1: Log in to your Gmail account and click on [Settings Icon] – [See all settings].
Step 2: Go to the [Filters and Blocked Addresses] tab, then click [Create a new filter].
Step 3: Copy and paste the official Webot email addresses into the [From] field, then click [Create filter].
Step 4: Check the check box next to [Never send it to Spam], then click [Create filter].
Outlook
Step 1: Log in to your Outlook email and click on [Settings Icon] - [Mail] - [Junk email] - [Safe senders and domains] - [+ Add safe sender].
Step 2: Copy and paste the official Webot email, click [OK], and then finally click the [Save] button to finalize the operation.
