The "Buy Crypto" feature of Webot provides more competitive prices for purchasing cryptocurrency compared to other regulated exchanges in the United States, allowing you to acquire a greater amount of cryptocurrency for the same amount of USD.
Furthermore, this feature enables users to efficiently purchase, sell, or convert cryptocurrency on Webot within seconds. It provides a simplified alternative to the trading interface for individuals who do not need advanced functionalities.

Please note: Not all cryptocurrencies supported by Webot are available using the "Buy Crypto" feature. If your crypto is supported by Webot but not visible in the "Buy Crypto" section, please use the regular Webot trading page.
How to Buy Crypto
Mobile App:
1. On the homepage, click [Buy Crypto] and select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.
2. After selecting the cryptocurrency, enter the amount you wish to purchase.
You can click the unit on the right to choose whether to use USD or the token as the reference: if USD is selected, the system will calculate the estimated token quantity; if the token is selected, it will calculate the required USD payment.
3. Please click below to select your payment method.
4. Once all details are confirmed, click [Buy] — [Confirm] to proceed.
Note: If your preferred cryptocurrency is not listed in this menu but is supported by Webot, kindly utilise the manual trading page.
5. Your purchase order is now being processed and you should see a confirmation screen indicating that your purchase was successful. If this does not appear, you may receive a message stating that your order is still in progress, and you will be notified via email once the transaction is complete.
Website:
1. After logging into your account, click the [Buy Crypto] button on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
2. Click the cryptocurrency shown in the buy panel next to [You’ll receive], then select the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase from the drop-down menu.
3. In the "Enter amount" box, enter the USD amount you want to purchase the cryptocurrency.
4. Please click below to select your payment method.
5. Once all details are confirmed, click [Buy] — [Confirm] to proceed.
6. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your purchase was successful. If this message does not appear, you may receive a notification stating that your purchase is being processed. In such cases, you will receive an email notification once the order has been completed.
How to Sell Crypto
Mobile App:
1. On the homepage, click [Buy Crypto] and select the cryptocurrency you wish to sell.
2. After selecting the cryptocurrency, switch to the Sell page and enter the amount you wish to sell.
You can click the unit on the right to choose whether to use USD or the token as the reference: if USD is selected, the system will calculate the estimated token quantity to be sold; if the token is selected, it will calculate the estimated USD amount you will receive.
3. Once all details are confirmed, click [Sell] to proceed.

4. Under standard conditions, your Sell order will be executed promptly. You will be presented with a confirmation page and receive a corresponding notification within the APP.

How to Convert Crypto
Mobile App
1. In the bottom navigation bar on the homepage, tap [Account] and select [Swap].
2. In the “From” and “To” fields, select the cryptocurrency you want to convert and the one you wish to receive.
Alternatively, you can tap the arrows to swap places between the current "To" and "From" assets.
3. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to convert and confirm that the selected tokens are accurate. If all details are correct, click [Convert] to finalise the transaction.
4. Under standard conditions, your conversion will be executed promptly. You will be presented with a confirmation page.
Website
1. After logging into your account, click the [Trade] button on the top toolbar and select [Convert].
2. In the “From” and “To” fields, select the cryptocurrency you want to convert and the one you wish to receive.
Alternatively, you can also tap the arrows in between to swap places between the current "From" and "To" assets.
3. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to convert and confirm that the selected tokens are accurate. If all details are correct, click [Convert] to finalise the transaction.

FAQ
Q: Why am I unable to convert the full amount of my tokens?
A: The system has a slippage control mechanism to prevent potential losses from market fluctuations. Therefore, it adjusts the maximum convertible amount based on the current token price.
Q: Why is my purchase via Bank Account not credited immediately?
A: Buying with a Bank Account works like an ACH deposit. The system will execute the purchase once the funds are received, so it follows the standard ACH processing timeline.
