How to view Crypto Withdrawal status from Webot

The crypto withdrawal process of Webot is as follows:

APP: Account → Transfer → Send to exchange/wallet
WEB: Wallet → Send Crypto → Send crypto history
 

Please check the transfer status on the withdrawal transaction page:

1. Reviewing:

Your withdrawal operation is still under review by us, and we will process your withdrawal request after the review is completed.

If your withdrawal has been reviewed for more than 15 minutes, please contact Webot customer service for further help.

2. Reviewed, withdrawing:

Your withdrawal has been approved, and we are transferring funds to execute your withdrawal request.

If your withdrawal has been more than one hour at this stage, please contact Webot online customer service for further help.

3. Processing:

We are preparing to execute your withdrawal request.

If your withdrawal has been more than one hour at this stage, please contact Webot online customer service for further help.

4. Complete:

Your withdrawal request has been processed. You can check the status on the blockchain (network) through the link of “Transaction ID”.

If the status result on the blockchain (network) shows as successful/completed, but you have not received the transfer, please contact the customer service of the received platforms/wallets for confirmation.
